I began DJing out of necessity; while I was deployed in Iraq and Kuwait, I heard one of my fellow soldiers had taken his life. So to up the morale of the soldiers, I transformed an empty tent into a mood-boosting social club that had themed nights like country, rock ‘n roll, and top 40.
